9:00 to 9:05 Enterance into Gilwell Hall in Gilwell Order
9:05 Flag Salute & Scout Pledge
9:10 Presentaions
9:39 Scout Masters Minute
9:40 to 12:00 Patrol Presntaions(total 20 minutes per) Gilwell Order
12:00 to 1:00 Lunch
1:00 to 1:15 Game
1:15 to 2:00 Finish Presenations
2:00 to 2:20 Closing

Beavers = 9:40 to 10:00 Cold weather Clothing & camping
Bobwhites = 10:00 to 10:20 Dining / tarp erection & skills competition / game .
Eagles = 10:20 to 10:40 Shared Leadership
Foxes = Service Patrol
Owls = 10:40 to 11:00 Winter Camping Preparation
GAME BREAK 11:00 to 11:20 Skills Competition ( IDEAS ??? )
Bears = 11:20 to 11:40 Winter Abodes
Buffaloes = 11:40 to 12:00 Tents & Troop Gear 3 season camping

12:00 to 1;00 Lunch & Socailizing

1:00 to 1:20 Game / Skills Competitions ( IDEAS ?????)
1:20 to 1:40 = Antelopes Knowning & Using Your resources .
1:40 to 2:00 = Wolfes ?
2:00 to 2:20 = Closing
